Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Campus Compass (Aleph-Tav Initiative), we are committed to a fair and transparent experience. This policy explains your rights regarding refunds and cancellations when using our platform and payment services, including those facilitated by DPO Pay.

Subscription Model

Campus Compass offers monthly and annual subscription plans that grant access to video lessons, PDF notes, quizzes, essays, case studies, and other academic content. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Free Trial

New users are entitled to a 7-day free trial. No payment is charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will automatically activate and the applicable fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at support@campus-compass.com. • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. • You retain full access to all content until the end of the paid period. • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment provided: • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content available under your plan. • The refund request is submitted in writing to support@campus-compass.com within the 7-day window. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Renewal payments (subsequent billing cycles after the first) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations: • The 7-day refund window has elapsed. • More than 20% of the subscribed content has been accessed. • The account has been found to violate our Terms of Service. • The subscription was purchased through a third-party promotional or affiliate partner.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us at support@campus-compass.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation.

Changes to This Policy

Campus Compass reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
